LOST AND FOUNDS, STORAGE LOCKERS

Recent lost and founds can be enquired from Forum Info. After 2 weeks the valuables are taken to Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu, where one can enquire for lost goods.

Storage lockers are located on floor K, next to the exit of Gigantti store, opposite the elevators. A locker can be activated for personal use with any card that has an RFID tag resembling a Wi-Fi icon (e.g. most payment cards). Usage of the lockers is free of charge. Goods can be left in the storage lockers for a maximum of one day at a time. The goods must be picked up by 21:00, after which they will be emptied daily by the security personnel. Items left behind are treated as lost and founds. Forum isn’t responsible for items left in the lockers, so please keep your valuables with you whenever you visit the shopping centre. 

WC

There are toilet facilities in three different floors in Forum. Some of our restaurants and cafés have also their own toilets for customers.

In floor 3 the wc facilities are located at the end of the corridor nearby XS Toys.

In floor 0 the wc facilities are located on the opposite of the food court.

In floor K the wc facilities are located next to Gigantti lobby, opposite to escalators.

WI-FI

Forum offers a free wireless network in the shopping centre’s public areas. Join Forum Free Wi-Fi

BOKSI DONATION POINTS

Located on floor K in front of the glass railing, near the men’s restroom. These donation points are designed for reusable and functional items (clothes, home textiles, books etc.). It’s recommended to pack donations in a reusable bag or plastic sack to keep the items in good condition during transport.

BABY LOUNGE

The new baby lounge is located on the 3rd floor, in the corridor next to XS Toys. Diaper changing stations can also be found in connection with the accessible restrooms on floors K, 0, and soon also on floor 3.

MOBILE DEVICE CHARGING STATION

Low battery? Visit the charging station to power up your mobile devices. Bring your own USB cable, plug it into the charging station and wait for your device to get refueled. In case you don’t carry an USB cable, you are sure to find the right kind in our range of stores. The charging station is located on the 2nd floor next to Forum Info.

ATM, DEPOSIT AND CURRENCY

The ATM’s, deposit and currency machine can be found:

On floor 0 next to the station tunnel entrance.
On floor 2 opposite Blue Tomato and next to the wall by Cubus. A deposit and a currency machines can be found on the 2nd floor.
On floor 3 nearby XS Toys. A deposit machine can be found on the 3rd floor next to the ATM.

PET VISITORS

Dogs and small, good behaving pets are welcome in the public areas of Forum shopping centre. Each store, restaurant and café determines separately whether animal guests are allowed inside the store, so please contact directly the staff for enquiring their pet policy.
